Cyclone spray tower is also called cyclone tower, mixed swirl tower and cyclone spray device. QX series cyclone spray tower is embedded with "pneumatic mixed flow exhaust gas purification system" on the basis of ordinary spray painting water curtain cabinet. The system is designed according to the principle of technical and dynamic technology, mainly for viscous dust, oily dust industrial waste gas pretreatment, fiber dust and other dry dust removal equipment can not handle the working conditions and the development of a new warm and efficient environmental protection waste gas purification equipment.
Composition
The cyclone spray tower device is mainly composed of the main swirl part, the packing demisting part, the spray part, the water circulation part and so on. According to the type of waste gas cyclone tower equipment main material can be selected: stainless steel, carbon steel, etc.
Working principle of cyclone spray tower
Cyclone spray tower under the action of centrifugal force, dust-containing gas is lateral centripetal movement, dust-containing gas stay longer, better washing effect, completely improve the spray tower in some specific conditions of the existence of incomplete dust removal, water spray tower easy to block and other technical defects. The product adopts dedicated technology to avoid the blockage of water pumps and nozzles, and greatly improve production efficiency. The water in the pool can be recycled to avoid the trouble caused by secondary pollution and save water resources. A number of "circular cyclone barrels" and high-efficiency demisting plates are installed in the cyclone tower. Solid filler balls are placed in the cyclone barrel. The top demisting plate is used to purify water mist to achieve the purpose of dehydration mist. Dust-containing gas swirl up in the tower and contacts with the liquid entering from the top of the tower on each plate to complete the dust removal task. Through the action of centrifugal force, large particles in the exhaust gas sink into the pool, and finally the casing is manually fished out to clean, so that the gas is purified and discharged up to the standard, at the same time, the water in the cyclone tower can continue to be recycled.
